Former All My Children and Days of our Lives star Chrishell Stause joined entertainment anchor Keltie Knight, actress Becca Tobin and fashion designer Jac Vanek on their popular LadyGang podcast this week. In the interview, she opened up about her upcoming wedding and dealing with the female fans of her fiancé and This Is Us star, Justin Hartley. The episode is available now at TheLadyGang.com, PodcastOne.com, the PodcastOne app and iTunes. Below are some excerpts from the conversation:

On Writing Their Own Wedding Vows:

Stause: “Oh my God. I would be horrified if he was like, ‘I got this on vows dot com.’ I will give him one pass because Dan Fogelman who writes This Is Us is so brilliant, so if he’s going to have some help, that’s fine if he helps him.”

On Death Threats from Justin’s Fans, and Dealing with the Female Attention Justin Gets:

Stause: “I mean, you could post the most loving, beautiful photo like, ‘Look at this rainbow. I hope you all have a great day,’ and someone’s like, ‘I want you to die. Justin could do so much better than you.’ So, it’s just one of those things, you know? It depends on the day I’m having. Some days, I’ll be like, ‘Oh that’s so funny…delete.’ And other days, I’m like, ‘I’m going to find you’…It just depends on if I’ve had my coffee yet, mostly.”

She continued:
Stause: “Yeah, but I mean, it’s so ridiculous, you know what I mean? I mean, we are - he has a daughter who’s twelve, and we live together. There’s just so much real life that goes with being with someone for - we’re actually four years when we get married…So, you just kind of - of course it annoys you on certain days, especially if you have a day…you’re not feeling good or whatever. And so, of course it depends on how you take it, but at the end of the day, you really can’t let that…I don’t know. Some girl in Iowa that thinks she’d be a better match? You have to laugh.”

“But people do it in person too. One girl threw her purse at me to be like, ‘Hold this,’ and stood right next to him, and was like ‘I need my picture with you’…It’s all about the way they approach, and the way they ask. Honestly, if someone’s nice and respectful, no problem, I’d love to do it. I love that they’re so excited. It’s sweet, and they’re normally saying really nice things. But you get those other people, whether they’re drunk or just having a moment, and they just act like a jerk because they’re so, like, out of body experience. I don’t know. But to be honest with you, there have been certain times where you’re like, ‘Oh my God.’”

  1. Ok, these fans should be arrested. They shouldn't be allowed to get aggressive with the actors.

  2. I don't think Justin is such a big deal that fans would threaten. Give me a break. He's not THAT great.
