Roselyn Sanchez teams up with husband Eric Winter to executive produce the new Lifetime movie, Death of a Vegas Showgirl, airing October 22 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

In a true story of sex, lies and betrayal, two incredibly talented dancers, Jason "Blu" Griffith (Danso Gordon), and showgirl Debbie Flores (Sanchez), become involved in a tumultuous relationship that spirals into obsession and spins horribly out of control. On the eve of achieving her dream, a starring role on the Vegas stage, Debbie vanishes without a trace. The investigation into her disappearance reveals the twisted depth of this love story gone wrong that ends in a sordid death that shocked Las Vegas and the world with its gruesome and tragic details.

Death of a Vegas Showgirl is produced by Dancing in Vegas Productions, Inc. Executive producers are Scott W. Anderson, Howard Braunstein, Roselyn Sanchez, Eric Winter and Brian D. Young, with Christian Bruyere producing. Penelope Buitenhuis directed the film from a script written by Young.

Sanchez's soap opera roles have included Pilar Domingo on As the World Turns, and Carmen Luna in Devious Maids. Winter has starred as Rex DiMera on Days of our Lives, Luke Lourd in GCB, and Dr. Dashiel 'Dash' Gardinero on Witches of East End.
