AS THE WORLD TURNS alum Tamara Tunie co-stars with Denzel Washington in the new high flying movie, Flight. The film is already generating lots of buzz and Tunie tells NY1 there's the added excitement of the film closing out the New York Film Festival on Sunday."So all the Hollywood folks are coming to my town, you know, so I’m feeling really good about that," she says.
Tunie also appeared with Washington on Broadway in "Julias Ceasar" in 2005. But with this project, every time a commercial airs friends flood her inbox.
"You know that’s like you know, touchdown, that’s huge," says Tunie.
