The We Love Soaps' 4th Annual Indie Soap Awards, honoring the best in independently produced, serialized scripted web series, will take place on February 19, 2013. The ceremony will once again be held at New World Stages in New York. RAGGED ISLE and PRETTY were named Best Drama and Comedy, respectively. This year there are even more fantastic web series eligible (Calendar and very simple submission instructions). Check out last year's nominees in the montages below that were shown at the 3rd Annual ISAs earlier this year.
