Robert Adamson, who is currently starring in HOLLYWOOD HEIGHTS on TeenNick, is joining the cast of THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS as Noah Newman. Adamson beings taping on September 4 and will first air on October 1.New Y&R executive producer Jill Farren Phelps and head writer Josh Griffith held the same positions at HEIGHTS where Adamson played Phil Sanders, Melissa’s conniving brother and Adriana’s boyfriend who has no problem breaking the rules to make things go his way.
Adamson tweeted on Friday, "Guess the word is out on Y&R. I'm not supposed to talk about details yet... Soon."

I really liked Adamson's more romantic-hero type performance as Charles in "Lincoln Heights" as well.
