Soaps In Depth is reporting that Brian Kerwin will be exiting the role of ONE LIFE TO LIVE's Charlie. Multiple sources have confirmed to In Depth that Kerwin has been let go an his character is being written out, but a show rep had no comment. Are you surprised? Was this a wise move?
