The latest "Nelson Ratings" from TV Guide Canada's Nelson Branco are now online.

Branco names the top soaps, storylines and moments to watch this week, as well as the top actors, actresses, duos and guilty pleasures.

He also has a mid-year report card and names the 2010 Emmy frontrunners.

I'm loving Billy Miller on Y&R. Great actor and a hunk! I hope he is nominated for an emmy next year. I also hope he ends up with Chloe. He has no chemistry with nuMac. I'm sorry, but Y&R needs to recast the role of "Mac" again.
