Created by Dan Ast, L.A. Macabre won rave reviews in its first season and was named best drama series at the 2015 Indie Series Awards in April. The show is gearing up for Season 2 and crowdfunding on Kickstarter.

In the second season, Jamie Holbrook (Ryan Bartley) is missing and the stakes couldn't be higher. Her brother Ryan (Ryan Hellquist) and friend Colin (Aidan Bristow) discovered that a Manson-esque cult thought to be long gone may have resurfaced in all of its creepy-crawling glory. But is it cult members who have been breaking into their apartment and filming them while they’re sleeping? Could Callie (Corsica Wilson), a “New Family” escapee and Colin’s girlfriend, have something to do with Jamie’s disappearance? Ryan will stop at nothing to find his sister.
