DAYTIME RATINGS: Y&R, B&B, GH, DAYS All Down In Total Viewers

The daytime Nielsen ratings are in for the week of March 11-15, 2013. All four broadcast TV daytime soaps were down in Total Viewers week-over-week but three of the four are still ahead of last year's pace.

From SON:
Total Viewers (versus last week/versus same week last year)
1. THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS 4,366,000 (-183,000/+29,000)
2. THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL 3,380,000 (-152,000/+264,000)
3. GENERAL HOSPITAL 2,538,000 (-170,000/+290,000)
4. DAYS OF OUR LIVES 2,177,000 (-386,000/-243,000)

Women 18-49 Viewers
1. THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS 838,000 (+13,000/-78,000)
2. THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL 716,000 (+6,000/+21,000)
3. GENERAL HOSPITAL 604,000 (-11,000/+29,000)
4. DAYS OF OUR LIVES 481,000 (-104,000/-75,000)

Y&R and GH have increased in Women 18-34 viewers in consecutive weeks.

Women 18-34 Viewers
1. GENERAL HOSPITAL 235,000 (+19,000/+79,000)
2. THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS 189,000 (+1,000/-28,000)
3. DAYS OF OUR LIVES 166,000 (-20,000/-11,000)
4. THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL 154,000 (-16,000/same)

  2. They had preemptions that week so I think that's why the numbers fluctuated so much.

  3. Yeah, I'd throw Tuesday and Wednesday out altogether due to the Papal Election pre-emptions.
