On this date in...

1957: On THE EDGE OF NIGHT, Roger was worried about Mary.

1977: GUIDING LIGHT aired its first one hour episode.

1980: Season 3 of DALLAS premiered on CBS. Two weeks later we found out the answer to "Who Shot J.R.?"

1986: On AS THE WORLD TURNS, James Stenbeck returned from the dead and greeted his ex-wife with the now famous "Hello, Barbara" line. You can order this episode on the ATWT DVD set from SoapClassics.

2004: The DALLAS cast reunited on CBS for DALLAS REUNION: THE RETURN TO SOUTHFORK.
