Lindsay Bushman Out At THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS; HOLLYWOOD HEIGHTS' Hunter Haley King Is The New Summer

Lindsay Bushman is the latest actress set to leave THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS. She has played an aged Summer Newman for the past few months.

The actress seemed happy with the direction of Y&R and her story on Sunday when she tweeted the following: "Keep an eye out for some maniacal storylines coming up :) with mi amigos @maxehrich @rgala #YR"

Bushman and Ehrich talked at being at their first Emmys, what they would like to see for their Y&R characters (Summer & Fen) and more.

Lindsay Bushman & Max Ehrich Join Cast Of THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS

THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS is aging the characters of Fenmore and Summer. The show has now cast two actors to play the roles, according to Soaps in Depth.

Lindsay Bushman will make her debut as Phyllis and Nick's daughter on Friday, June 8, followed by Max Ehrich, playing Lauren and Michael's son, on Monday, June 11.

"I’ve already taped my first scenes with him and he’s adorable," actress Tracey E. Bregman said in a recent interview. "They just aged him to sixteen. I turned to Christian [LeBlanc] and said, 'Boy, those last six years really packed a wallop!'"
