1973: Suzanne Rogers debuted as Maggie Simmons in Days of our Lives. Amnesiac Mickey Horton (John Clarke) stumbled onto Maggie's farm.

1976: On Another World, Clarice Hobson, pregnant with Robert Delaney's (Nicholas Coster) baby, was threatened by Robert's estranged wife, Iris (Beverlee McKinsey), who ordered her to leave town. While trying to flee her boarding house, Clarice went into labor. End credits rolled during her hospital labor. The unmarried Clarice delivered a son, Cory, on August 23.

The fifth season of GLEE continues on Thursday, October 3 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on FOX.

In "Tina in the Sky with Diamonds," as Beatlemania continues at McKinley, it's time for the students to vote for prom queen and king. When Tina receives a nomination, she takes on a fierce attitude that alienates her biggest supporters. Meanwhile, Rachel adjusts to a new attitude of her own, as she and Santana work at a Broadway diner to make ends meet.

Demi Lovato makes her first appearance as Dani.

Demi Lovato Poised to Join GLEE for Major Arc as Rachel's [SPOILER ALERT]
Lovato will play Dani, a NYC-based struggling artist friend of Rachel and Santana’s. She will also interact frequently with Adam Lambert’s incoming character, and the pair will have several musical numbers together.

Lovato’s deal calls for her to appear in at least six episodes, beginning with the second part of the show’s Beatles’ tribute, airing Oct. 3.
