Vivian Jovanni Joins 'Days of our Lives'

Vivian Jovanni has joined the cast of NBC soap opera Days of our Lives. The show has not revealed what role the 19-year-old actress will be playing, but some fans have speculated she might be an aged Ciara Brady, previously played by Lauren Boles.

Jovanni's IMDb only includes a few credits, including an appearance on The Bay, and a couple of indie films. She also competed at IMTA in Los Angeles in 2013 where she was named Female Fitness Model of the Year.

    I usually don't mind when child actors are SORAS, but not so sure about this one.

    HOW CAN "DAYS OF OUR LIVES" GO FROM CIARA WHO IS HOPES DAUGHTER TO HAVING HER AGE FROM 10 YRS OLD TO INTRODUCING HER IN NOV, AT 19 YRS OLD????? HOW DOES AGING HAPPEN LIKE THAT ON TV?

    Nooo!!! That is way too much of an age jump for Ciara!! I don't like it at all. What is the hurry for her to grow up? There are enough teenagers on the show already. Keep her a little girl!

    This is ridiculous. How can she go from a little girl at the age 10 to 19. I don't like this at all. Quite frankly I'm highly upset. This is not okay.

    Is anyone surprised? EJ was aged to his Mid-30s, making him older than Will, Abigail, Belle, Brady, and Stephanie, all of whom he was born AFTER. So...I don't really get annoyed by it anymore.

    Yes. I thought the same thing. She talks without moving her lips. Weird. I also don't like the huge jump in age. A couple years may have been more acceptable.

    She is a very bad actress. Unconvincing on dramatic scenes and too stiff for the other scenes.

    She's a Tom boy. She is now on days of our lives and is the opposite of the original cute girly Ciera. She sits with her legs open. she walks and talks like a man. She's a bad actress. She speaks slow and sleepy. She sounds like a thug. This girl needs to be fired and replaced with someone girly, pretty and polished like the child Ciera. She was awesome...it's horrible to see her go. I don't like that they grew up the children. Vivian Jovanni Is not a good fit!!!! She is painful to watch!
