True O'Brien Leaving 'Days of our Lives' as Paige Larson

True O'Brien is latest actor revealed to be leaving Days of our Lives as it transitions into stories from the show's new head writing team (Dena Higley and Josh Griffith) in late summer and fall. She has played Paige Larson since 2014.

She joins an exit list that includes Melissa Archer (Serena Mason), Paul Telfer (Xander Cook), Freddie Smith (Sonny Kiriakis), Terrell Ransom Jr. (Theo Carver), Lauren Boles (Ciara Brady), Riley Bodenstab (Cole Hines) and Alisha Boe (Daphne). Daniel Cosgrove (Aiden Jennings) and James Read (Clyde Weston) are also rumored to be on their way out.

Paige will be an early of the latest Salem serial killer. She will die on the September 8 episode of Days.

In other Days cast news, TV Line is reporting that Aloma Wright (Maxine Landis) will recur on Season 5 of USA Network's Suits as Harvey's new legal secretary, Gretchen Bodinski. There's no word on if this will impact her recurring daytime role.

    Is True taking her character with her when she leaves or is Beige being recast? Honesty I think both Blair and Beige were a bit of a bust (though I did love original Eve back in the day).

    Loved Paige putting the smack down on JJ, Jennifer and Eve. Those were great scenes and Ms. O'Brien proved her talent. Still, I think this move is for the best. Paige really had no reason to remain in Salem and forego Stanford. I hope the character gets a happy ending.

    Now, I like Kassie DePaive but "southern-fried" Eve can go with Paige unless she gets a purpose beyond going after Jennifer for no reason. Eve needs a career, motivations and a romance STAT!

      I'm sorry paige is leaving ,I was hoping for a happy ending ....I wanted her and jj get back together .....I will surely miss her .....! Also she was pretty

    Sad the actors playing Theo and Ciara are leaving because their characters are being SORASed but I understand there's more story potential for Abe, Hope and Bo to raise teenagers. Best of luck to those very talented actors.

    I will surely miss paige,I wanted her and jj too get back together ....eve playing a terrible character ...I never like her .....!
