Maya will finally reveal her secret to Rick on Friday's can't-miss episode of The Bold and the Beautiful on CBS. Warning: Spoilers ahead...
Maya (Karla Mosley) tells Rick (Jacob Young) she will accept his proposal if he asks her again after she tells him something.
"There is something about me that I think a husband deserves to know about his wife," Maya says.
She tells him she came to Los Angeles seeking a particular kind of doctor.
"There was no Maya Avant until I came to LA," Maya explains.
"Then who were you? Rick asks.
As she continues Maya explains she had a boy's name, Myron, on her original birth certificate.
"Why would they do that?" a confused Rick wants to know.
"Because they raised me as a boy," Maya reveals.
