Ratings: 'The Young and the Restless' Gains 172K Viewers, Both CBS Soaps Up Versus Last Year

For the week of October 6-10, 2014, The Young and the Restless gained 172,000 viewers week over week. The show was also up versus the previous week in the key demos: Women 18-49 (+61K), Women 18-34 (+25K) and Women 25-54 (+48K).
