THE TALK averaged a 1.1/06 in women 25-54 and 0.7/04 in women 18-49. Compared to the same week last year, THE TALK was up +22% in women 25-54, +17% in women 18-49 and +23% in viewers.

CBS did not mention its daytime soaps or game shows in the release.

Jessica Collins, who plays Avery in THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, was a guest on the July 11 episode. Regis Philbin guest co-hosted Tuesday through Friday.

  1. Don't like the Talk. Can't compare with the View.

  2. Wow - Three whole years to reach this "high" ??

I mean - the same week CBS made the announcement that they were pulling the plug on ATWT (December 7-11, 2009), the rating stats at SON show the soap had pulled 2.59 million total viewers with a 1.0/6 in the 18-49 demo. Compare to above.

Gee, if the network had put as much commitment and effort into redesigning and promoting that show as they do The Squawk, we may not be 'talking' about this!
