NEWS: Michelle Stafford, Bianca Santos, Peter Barton, Nina Arvesen, Brant Daugherty

Y&R's Michelle Stafford: 'Social media has changed the game for sure'
"You get to hear right away how people feel. I think it’s a great thing as an artist, but there’s also a lot of criticism out there. The networks are definitely paying attention to what people say on social media. I think it’s important for people to have a voice and to state their opinion. If people like or don’t like a story, they have every right to talk about it."

Y&R alum Nina Arvesen Recalls Her “Bermuda Love Triangle”
Y&R made a great choice for its first shoot outside the United States,” said Arvesen. “This was my first opportunity to get to go to Bermuda.

"The trip to Bermuda was the ultimate adventure for me — I think Bermuda is the most beautiful island in the world! And I still receive thousands of fan letters and emails from fans all over the world who want to see THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS return to the Bermuda to for another storyline."

Actors Broadwell man never met got unexpected roles
Ray Fulk would have approved of Saturday evening’s fundraiser at the Elks Lodge in Lincoln. It was held because of him, not that Ray would ever have shown up at such a thing. He was too reclusive and too rough. But the event was for the dogs and cats of Logan County, and that is the part he would have liked.

He also would have been happy that his favorite TV stars were there — Kevin Brophy came for the fundraiser from his home in California, and Peter Barton (ex-Scott Grainger, Y&R) from his in upstate New York.

Ray was 71 when he died last summer on his farm east of Broadwell. He drew up his unusual will in 1997 — the will that left his assets to the two actors, just because Ray liked the shows Kevin and Peter did long ago.

Brant Daugherty talks ARMY WIVES Season 7
"There was something about Patrick that I understood right off the bat. When I was reading the audition scenes, I saw this young man trying to make his own way in the world, trying to get out from under his parent's shadow."

Homeless actor extradited from California to Stamford and charged in Picasso theft
The investigation that led to Terrence Riggins' arrest began in late August 2012 when a Rock Rimmon Road man reported to police that a 1938 etching of Pablo Picasso's "Buste de Femme a la Chaise" had been pulled out of a frame in his home and stolen, Sgt. Peter diSpagna said.

Riggins career has included roles in THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL and the TV movie Dallas: The Early Years.

Anna Camp returning to TRUE BLOOD
Camp has signed on to reprise her role as anti-vamp puritan Sarah Newlin for a guest stint.

Bianca Santos joins THE FOSTERS
THE FOSTERS is a break for Santos, who only has two credits to her name, including TV comedy Channing. On the one-hour drama from co-creators Bradley Bredeweg and Peter Paige, she will recur in the key role of Lexi, the best friend to fraternal twin Mariana Foster (Cierra Ramirez).

Van Hansis And Kit Williamson Return With More EASTSIDERS
The TV networks now keep a close eye of the web and so LGBT-focussed Logo TV has now picked EASTSIDERS and will air the first three episodes online starting April 23rd. (Incidentally, because of this, the first episode that was previously available on Youtube has now been made private, unfortunately).
