GENERAL HOSPITAL Classic Photo Of The Day (Blackie & Josh)
In honor of GENERAL HOSPITAL's upcoming 50th anniversary (GH50), We Love Soaps will be posting a "Classic Photo of the Day" for the rest of the month. Today's photo is of Blackie Parris and Josh Clayton, played by John Stamos and Jimmy McNichol. Needing a new hit, Blackie stole a tape of Josh's song, which ultimately led to Lou's death--a crime that sent Blackie to prison.
McNichol previously auditioned for the role of Frisco Jones, but lost the part to Jack Wagner.

That is not Josh Clayton. In fact, the blonde in the picture is a young Tom Hardy, Audrey Hardy's son. Josh never went to college with Blackie which is where this picture was taken, only Tom did. https://youtu.be/aE-zihPHHlg
