Agnes Nixon Releases Statement Confirming Return Of ALL MY CHILDREN And ONE LIFE TO LIVE

Susan Lucci and Agnes Nixon
Legendary ALL MY CHILDREN and ONE LIFE TO LIVE creator Agnes Nixon released a statement on Facebook confirming the reboot of both daytime soaps.
Dear Friends,

We did it!!

Here is the statement I am about to release to the press.

I am so pleased to share it with YOU first. This could never have happened without your unwavering support.

With deepest gratitude,

We of the One Life to Live and All My Children families are thrilled to bring our beloved viewers new, ongoing stories from Llanview and Pine Valley.

I’m overjoyed that so many actors you love have voiced their desire to bring their characters back to life.

I’m especially grateful to Prospect Park for deploying the power of you, our fans, to enable this exciting transition to dramatic production for the Internet. It's a historic moment, comparable to how life was changed when television took over from radio.

We hope this wonderful opportunity will be embraced by all as our creative teams gear up to bring our beloved serials back to our daily lives.

  1. Thanks for the confirmation Mrs. Agnes Nixon. I can't wait to watch AMC & OLTL online and maybe a cable network.

  2. Thank you, Mrs. Agnes Nixon! I'm so HAPPY and ECSTATIC about your confirmation. My family and friends look forward to your announcement. This fan will DEFINITELY be tuning in. This is BEST way to start the new year. :-)

  3. I'm so geeking thrilled for the return of AMC and OLTL -- I can't wait to be able to say the end of the drama in Llanview and Pine Valley was all just a (bad) dream!

  4. Is there a chance they will send episodes to the Netherlands ??? We in the Netherlands do not have nearly any soaps any more only The Bold and the beautifull .....

  5. When does it start and where do we find online? I'm so excited!

  6. Good to hear. Sorry my mother who passed away this past July won't be around to enjoy it. She was invested in those soaps and when they died she really gave up. Im looking forward to watching in her place.

  7. I'm sure she'll see it through your eyes, Jennifer. My grandma who loved her soaps is with me every time I watch a Y&R episode. I hear the comments she would have made, as if she were beside me like when I was little.
