Scott Evans Charged With Trying To Buy Cocaine From Undercover Cop (Update)

ONE LIFE TO LIVE alum Scott Evans (younger brother of film star Chris Evans) has been charged with trying to buy cocaine off an undercover police officer, a felony, according to a new report from TMZ.

Last week, we reported the arrest of Evans following the alleged drug deal.

A rep for the L.A. County District Attorney tells TMZ, Evans was charged with one count of attempted possession of a controlled substance. He's due in court today for his arraignment.

Evans played Officer Oliver Fish in ONE LIFE TO LIVE.

UPDATE:
Evans appeared in criminal court with high-powered lawyer Shepard Kopp and entered a plea of not guilty to the cocaine charge. He's due back in court on January 14th.
