Bonnie Franklin Diagnosed With Pancreatic Cancer

Bonnie Franklin has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and is undergoing treatment, according to a family spokesman.

Franklin is best known for playing divorced mom Ann Romano in CBS's hit comedy ONE DAY AT A TIME, which ran from 1975-1984.

She just wrapped up her stint on THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS where she played Sister Celeste in Victor Newman's storyline.

"[I’ve worked with] Eric Braeden and Genie Francis," Franklin told CBS.com last month. "Who could be better to work with? They’ve been around for a bazillion years, they know exactly what they are doing.”

We are sending positive thoughts your way, Bonnie.
