DOWNTON ABBEY increased its percentage of the viewing public in the season premiere last night, though fewer people tuned into program this year as a whole, figures show. The Edwardian drama pulled in 36% of viewers, up from 34.6% in 2011, meaning that it was the most popular show among those watching on Sunday night after X FACTOR.

GCB's Annie Potts to star in USA Network comedy pilot PAGING DR. FREED
Written by Michael Feldman and to be directed by Marc Buckland, the single-camera comedy centers on gynecologist brothers David (Kyle Howard) and Jonathan (Joel David Moore) who inherit their father’s thriving medical practice after he dies from a heart attack he suffers during an attempt at “playing” doctor with his young secretary. Potts will play the brothers’ ball-busting, overbearing mother who hates Jonathan’s wife (Leslie Grossman) and keeps meddling in her sons’ lives.
Anyone who hasn't been watching Andra Fuller's performance on The L.A. Complex, is really missing out on a powerful acting turn. He's an amazing talent. Highly recommended.
