Sam and Tea both giving birth, Carly's heart to heart with Jason and the Anthony Zacchara saga were front and center on Friday's GENERAL HOSPITAL (June 1, 2012). Below is my best and worst, and a grade for the day.THE BEST:
* The conversation between Carly and Jason highlighted why their friendship is so special. Sometimes it takes a close friend to get through to you in a way your romantic partner can not.
* The smile on Anthony's face. I never liked the character but something about Heather driving/wheeling his dead body around is quite amusing. Heather's dream about Luke was pretty over the top but also fun.
* The baby drama crossing paths with Heather was a nice twist. If you weren't a ONE LIFE TO LIVE fan though, I have to wonder how invested you were with three of the four main players in the deliveries visiting from Llanview.
* Luke and Lulu's conversation was enjoyable, especially when she almost violated the "basic tenet of being a Spencer." I like the way Lulu is being written.
THE WORST:
* Compared to everything else happening on Friday's episode, the Johnny and Dante conversation at the police station was rather boring.
* Todd running around with a possibly dead or dying baby. By the time he got to Heather there was a sense of urgency missing.
* The screaming Tea and Sam. This may just be my problem but with a very brilliant parrot nearby, I'm afraid I'll be hearing an imitation of those screams for the rest of my life.
* Jason's thugs. It was a bad idea from the start.
GRADE FOR THE DAY: A-

Sam wasn't that bad with the screaming but Tea was screaming like she was possesed, yikes!

ReplyDeleteRoger a friend of mine has a bird Jabber big ass parrot not sure the correct and howled at your statement because once they pick something up...they use it! Be glad Angelina is gone from Y&R!
