“I just assumed Jack was gone; I divorced him; he’s never coming back. Okay, I’m moving on with Daniel; I love this man; he’s so solid. You know, he saved her life, and that’s so different than what Jennifer’s used to. But all of a sudden [Jack] shows up at the big celebration-- you know, the Horton Square-- falling into the cake. It was so perfect,” Reeves previewed Ashford’s return.

The show features direction by Paul Blake, musical direction by Sam Davis, and choreography by Kelli Barclary. It runs through August 14.

TRUE BLOOD's Alan Ball will have a new series, BANSHEE -- on Cinemax
The series will be set in a small town in Pennsylvania Amish Country, according to a person who was briefed on the project, and feature an enigmatic ex-con who's also an expert in martial arts. Darkly comic in tone, the show will have the ex-con posing as a murdered sheriff, imposing his own brand of justice while also cooking up plans that serve his own interests. Unlike the sagas of Sookie Stackhouse, there will be no supernatural element to the series.

Sam Trammell and his girlfriend Missy Yager have welcomed healthy twin boys on Aug. 9.

NBC remaking THE MUNSTERS
PUSHING DAISIES creator Bryan Fuller is taking another stab at developing a remake of THE MUNSTERS at NBC. Fuller's will be an edgier, slightly darker hour-long show. Fuller is expected to more deeply explore the origins of how the residents of 1313 Mockingbird Lane came to be.

CBS remaking BEWITCHED
The network has ordered a script from Sony Pictures Television for a potential TV remake of the hit ‘60s show.

EDITOR'S NOTE: Tim Burton and Johnny Depp are remaking DARK SHADOWS in a new film. But when will someone remake another classic soap for TV?
