  2. Putting the character name and soap is a lot of work. Why not just Google the actor's name if you don't recognize it?

  3. Because Robb, that's not only making the reader work, but allows the reader to leave the site prematurely... which no content provider wants. Why allow the reader to leave the site, to Google information that should be provided, when We Love Soaps can and should provide the information as a service to the reader??? By not providing the info, We Love Soaps risks, not only losing readers, but shorts itself on the amount of time readers spend on its site. That, of course, translates into actual - and potential - ad revenue.
