DAYS 45th Anniversary Is Back On Tour!

MULTI CITY BOOK TOUR FOR “DAYS OF OUR LIVES 45 YEARS: A CELEBRATION IN PHOTOS “AND “A SECRET IN SALEM” KICKS OFF FEBRUARY 17TH, WITH CAST AND AUTHORS IN HOUSTON,TX

Great news for DAYS fans all actorss the U.S.! Kristian Alfonso, James Scott, Drake Hogestyn, Crystal Chappell, Arianne Zucker and Eric Martsolf, will visit various cities on the book tour.

Various cast members from NBC’s daytime drama “Days of our Lives” will embark on a fan-filled multi city book tour promoting the glossy photo companion book, Days of our Lives 45 Years: A Celebration in Photos, along with its authors Greg Meng and Eddie Campbell. In addition, A Secret in Salem and author (former DooL head writer) Sheri Anderson will accompany this incredible tour. The tour begins with a signing in Houston, Texas and will include Miami, NYC, Chicago and New Orleans.

Days of our Lives 45 Years: A Celebration in Photos is a rare glimpse of over 500 behind the scenes photographs of one of America's most beloved television shows. Using never-before-seen images of cast, crew, sets, and styling, the proverbial “4th wall” is broken for an extraordinary look inside the studio and into the lives of the stars of the longest-running scripted program in NBC’s history. Author Greg Meng comments on the tour, “We are thrilled to be traveling with our cast to various cities to meet our fans and get a chance to chat with them in person! A Secret in Salem by Sheri Anderson is the first in a series of three thrilling romantic stories. Sheri Anderson is an American writer and producer who worked primarily on serials and in international film and television development before authoring A Secret in Salem and her newest in the fiction book series Salem’s Secrets, Scandals and Lies.

Kristian Alfonso, who plays Hope Brady on “Days of our Lives” as well as Drake Hogestyn who played John Black on “Days of our Lives” will be heading up the talent set to appear on Thursday, February 17th from 7:00-9:00PM at the River Oaks Shopping Center Barnes & Noble (2030 West Gray Street, Huston, TX 77019). “This is a fantastic opportunity for ‘Days of our Lives’ to be able to go and give a heartfelt thank you to all of the fans who have loved and supported us for 45 years,” says Kristian. “Here’s to another 45 years.”

Arianne Zucker, who plays Nicole Walker on “Days of our Lives” as well as Eric Martsolf, who plays Brady Black on “Days of our Lives” will be heading up the talent set to appear on Wednesday, February 23rd from 7:00-9:00PM at the Kendall Village West Barnes & Noble (12405 North Kendall Drive, Miami, FL 33186). Arianne commented on the tour, "It's fun to give the fans something back and to have the opportunity of flying around the nation to meet all those people who have supported the show all of these years!"

James Scott, who plays EJ DiMera on “Days of our Lives” as well as Kristian Alfonso, who plays Hope Brady on “Days of our Lives” will be heading up the talent set to appear on Friday, February 25th at the NBC Experience Store (30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York City, NY 10112). "It has been five years since I have been able to sit with the fans in New York!” James commented. “They are the most fantastic people and I'm thrilled to be able to share and celebrate this book with them."

This has been an exciting year for Days of our Lives and the fans of the show, Days began broadcasting in High Def, they launched a series of books, they have a new social media platform and website making the fans more connected, DooL is hosting interactive web chats, and DooL is celebrating 45 historical years on television with an exciting, behind-the-scenes photo book and are embarking on an unprecedented national book tour to bring the cast directly to the fans.

I wish Kristian Alfonso, who plays Hope Brady on “Days of our Lives” as well as Drake Hogestyn who played John Black on “Days of our Lives” would come close to where I live in the Tampa/Clearwater/St.Petersbug area. Drake is my favorite star of everything and I love Kristian, especially when she is interacting with Drake and Peter Reckell.
