Love is in the air as SOAPnet celebrates Valentine's Day with a romance-themed "Valentine Vows Marathon." Relive ALL MY CHILDREN's Jesse & Angie, ONE LIFE TO LIVE's "Walker" & Blair and GENERAL HOSPITAL's Lucky & Liz's special days as they recite their heartfelt vows to each other. The four hour marathon starts at 3PM ET/PT ON Sunday, February 13.
