At a time when so many stories on the remaining daytime dramas have so little to offer, even as entertainment, B&B is single-handedly proving that soap operas can still have enormous value on many levels. All things considered, that’s a minor miracle."

"It's a big story that we're following through the whole year," says Ryan Murphy, "and it has tentacles that will touch on all the characters. Right when we finished writing this, that’s when there were these front-page stories about teen suicides from bullying, so it took on an extra, added significance. It really did ignite the cast and the crew to do their best and push themselves with the story."

Actress Betty White made honorary Forest Ranger
White was made an honorary ranger Tuesday by the U.S. Forest Service. White, 88, said that as a young girl she wanted to be a forest ranger, but women weren't allowed to have the job.

Words like "crap," "hell" and "Ass" are being used more often these days, according to the conservative watchdog's report, "Habitat for Profanity: Broadcast TV’s Sharp Increase in Foul Language."

Shannen Doherty's dad dies
Doherty did DANCING WITH THE STARS last season in honor of her father, who had recently suffered a stroke.
