PHOTOS: "Verbatim Verboten" Features OLTL's Lozano & Sickles

A benefit performance "Verbatim Verboten" was held on Monday at the WorkShop Theatre in New York City. It is "an ever-changing review of staged, word-for-word transcripts of noted people (some ordinary folk) saying things they never meant for the public to hear: surveillance tapes, secretly recorded conversations, forgotten open mics,on-camera diatribes, released emails, private correspondence etc." The performance featured guest stars Florencia Lozano (Tea, ONE LIFE TO LIVE) and OLTL script writer Scott C. Sickles, who is also the Artistic Director of WorkShop Theatre. Also in the cast were Jonathan Pereira (director and host of the show), Cecily Benjamin (funny as Mr. T), Amanda Sayle and Richard Kent Green.

Former AS THE WORLD TURNS star Ellen Dolan performed this play about a year ago with WorkShop Theatre and came to see the performance and catch up with friends.
