Y&R's Eileen Davidson needs sleep
The YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS star is featured in the new CBS Watch magazine. Says Davidson: "I’m pretty useless without sleep. It frightens me to think how many decisions I made on no sleep when my son was an infant. I know a lot of people who exist on four to five hours a night. Insomnia runs in my family, so sleep is my prized possession. I’m obsessed with getting a good night’s sleep."

AMC costume designer David Zyla explains how to wear orange
"I wouldn't wear orange head to toe," advises David Zyla, author of "The Color of Style." He revealed to the Chicago Tribune that one of the characters, Annie Novak McDermott Lavery Chandler, will be wearing orange in an upcoming episode. Zyla suggests a reddish-orange if you're someone who looks great in red. Head toward the peach or coral shades "if you're a very pastel-y, watery tone individual."

CORONATION STREET's Bev Callard and Sue Nicholls speak out on 'ageism'
Callard, 53, told The Stage: "The business is very ageist towards women - much more than it is to men. I think it's wrong but unfortunately that's the way it is. It's a shame because we have got some of the best actresses in the world."

Nicholls, 66, added: "It's because we are in the 'look-ist' age and that is why so many people go and have work done. I don't know how you get over it, really. Older people feel they have got to start looking better and I think that is sad, because I don't think they should."
