Soaps in Depth is reporting that Jason Tam and Terrell Tilford have both been released from ONE LIFE TO LIVE. Tam only recently returned to the series after being gone most of the summer doing The Public Theatre's Shakespeare Lab in New York City.
What do you think? Will you miss Markko and/or Greg?
I wish Jason Tam and Terrell Tilford the best of luck right now, after being let go by OLTL.
ReplyDeleteRight now, I personally think that OLTL is treading water in the hopes of lasting beyond 2 years.
I don't think it'll happen, but
I will miss both Jason Tam and Terrell Tilford. Best of luck to the both of them on whatever they do in their future.
ReplyDeleteGlad greg leaving that y he on this month bye see ya
ReplyDeleteWell, Tam is hardly a shock. I mean, it wasn't "official," but didn't everyone already know he wasn't coming back after the summer when it was first announced? And that send-off he got was pretty final (in the way than any soap send-off can be "final"). It was a nice send-off, though, and at least he didn't just disappear like poor Kish or Rachel.
ReplyDeleteAs for Tilford, I'm not heartless enough to cheer unemployment for almost anyone in this economy, but, seriously, the dude can't act. When the highlight of your tenure is a toss-up between the line "a brain is not a foot" and a flail down a hallway, it's time to move on.
I guess I am surprised by Terrell Tilford's termination.
ReplyDeleteI'm not saying he should have been kept simply because he is black, but there are too few diverse actors on daytime. The reason why I think the character should remain on the canvas is because of his relationship with Destiny.
Once again, cultural & racial diversity is being thrown away!
