According to Michael Ausiello, comedy legend Carol Burnett has been tapped to play Sue Sylvester’s Nazi-hunting mother on GLEE. Sue referenced her adventurous parents in an episode of the Fox phenom last season. Burnett played Bree's evil stepmother on DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES in 2006 and is best known for her long run on THE CAROL BURNETT SHOW where she created memorable characters such as Eunice Harper. Burnett’s GLEE episode is slated to air in October or November.
