PREVIEW: Tonight's ABC Family Soap Opera Block

The ABC Family Monday soap block features all new episodes of 10 THINGS I HATE ABOUT YOU and GREEK tonight. For GREEK, it's the season finale.

The students of CRU are on Spring Break in Myrtle Beach, which means the year is winding down and the seniors have big decisions looming over their heads. As Ashleigh contemplates her job options, Casey is on edge waiting to see where she’ll be accepted to law school. While Cappie is busy planning a romantic surprise for Casey’s birthday, she worries that not making it into CRU Law could mean the demise of their relationship. Will Cappie and Casey survive Spring Break intact? Find out in the 3rd season finale of the ABC Family hit series GREEK, premiering tonight (10:00 – 11:00 PM ET/PT). The episode, entitled "All Children... Grow Up,” was directed by Michael Lange and written by Patrick Sean Smith.

After “losing” their Spring Break house to the Omega Chis during Phase I of their revenge plan, the KTs are ready to put the rest of their brilliant plan into action. They successfully sabotage the OXs’ Spring Break by evicting them from the house. But when Rusty is caught planning the next phase, he jeopardizes the entire operation.

Ashleigh and Rebecca decide to take a vacation from their real lives by offering fake names and background stories to everyone they meet in Myrtle Beach. However Rebecca can’t escape her very real feelings for Evan. Meanwhile, Rusty and Dana (Martha MacIsaac) plan to take their relationship to a new level by sharing a room together during Spring Break, but all does not go as planned when Dale decides to join them.

ABC Family’s original comedy series, 10 THINGS I HATE ABOUT YOU, returns with 10 all-new half hour episodes beginning tonight (8:00-8:30 PM ET/PT). The critically acclaimed series, recently named by the New York Times as one of the “Top 10 Television Shows of 2009,” bowed this summer as the network’s highest rated comedy in its history.

In the mid-season premiere episode, Kat and Patrick are caught skipping school and both get suspended. How will Kat deal with a suspension after learning it might ruin her GPA, potentially destroying her dream to get into a prestigious college? Meanwhile, Bianca has her own problems after a secret make-out session with Joey is caught on video. Will Chastity watch the security tape before Bianca gets the chance to erase the evidence? Find out in an all-new episode of ABC Family’s original series, 10 THINGS I HATE ABOUT YOU, entitled “Da Repercussions,” directed by Henry Chan and written by Erin Ehrlich.

  1. In case you haven't been watching ABC Family's GREEK (which happens to be one of the most heart-warming and well-written shows on television - not kidding), this season was almost its last. For a show about fraternities and sororities, it has ventured into new territory with gender politics, college morality, and sexual orientation - an interesting new twist for a show about partying and drinking. After a last minute save, ABC Family has decided to bring the show back for one final cycle at the end of this summer.
