EDITOR'S NOTES: All seven daytime soaps increased their shares for the week although some declined in total viewers.

UGLY BETTY's ratings did not spike despite its new Wednesday timeslot.

The season 2B premiere of THE SECRET LIFE OF THE AMERICAN TEENAGER hit series highs, becoming ABC Family’s most-watched telecast of all time in Viewers 12-34 (3.0 million/3.2 rating), Females 12-34 (2.5 million/5.4 rating), Teens (1.6 million/6.5 rating) and Female Teens (1.4 million/11.9 rating). In addition, 2B’s debut stood as the show’s second-most-watched episode on record in Total Viewers (4.5 million), behind only last summer’s Season 2 debut (6/22/09 – 4.7 million).
