New Liberty Cast on AS THE WORLD TURNS

The role of Liberty on AS THE WORLD TURNS has been recast with newcomer, Sarah Wilson. Emmy nominee Meredith Hagner has been playing the role since April 2008.

Look for Wilson to first appear in mid March.

  1. Meredith Hagner is one of the best young actresses out there. Her recent scenes with Grayson McCouch were touching and brilliant. Her work on last summer's Royal Pains proves that she has a wonderful career ahead of her.
I don't want to see anyone else in the role. Is it too morbid to wish we'd gotten to see Ms. Hagner act out Liberty's death scenes?

  2. I really liked Meredith too. I saw her the night before the Emmy nominations came out last year and told her she would get one but she didn't believe it.

With the show going off the air, I don't want a new Liberty. I don't think I want to watch a teen girl die either, but she could have been there but we just didn't see her. I just fear a summer of teens instead of Bob, Kim, Lisa, Susan, Lucinda, Emma, Barbara, Nancy - the people I really want to see most.

  3. I really would like to see a photo of Sarah Wilson. I have searched endlessly to no avail. Also - does anyone know how old she is?

  4. WITH THE SHOW GOING OFF THE AIR,
THIS WAS PROBABLY ONE OF THE WORST
    DECISIONS I'VE EVER SEEN MADE.

IF SHE WANTED TO LEAVE WOULD BE THE
    ONLY ACCEPTABLE REASON.

IF THERE WERE MORE ACTRESSES LIKE
HER MAYBE THE SHOW WOULD BE STAYING ON THE AIR!

  5. Yuk. NO Liberty would have been MUCH better than NEW Liberty. :(

  6. I am finally getting around to watch some old "Gossip Girl" episodes saved on my TIVO, and who do I see as one of the new Constance elites? The actress who plays the new Liberty! Maybe you can track down her picture via the IMDB Web site?
