True Colors Cabaret: Hansis, Michele & Groff

Van Hansis (Luke, AS THE WORLD TURNS) hosted Sunday night's True Colors Cabaret concert featuring, among others, GLEE star Lea Michele (Rachel) and former ONE LIFE TO LIVE actor Jonathan Groff (ex-Henry). Michele and Groff are fondly remembered for their roles as Wendla and Melchior in the Tony Award-winning show, "Spring Awakening."

Among the soap stars in attendance were ONE LIFE TO LIVE's Scott Evans (Oliver) and AS THE WORLD TURNS' Noelle Beck (Lily).

The concert, part of a series, is a co-presentation between Cyndi Lauper's True Colors Fund and Broadway Impact, which was co-founded by Gavin Creel.

The True Colors Fund to inspire and engage everyone, particularly the straight community, to become active participants in the advancement of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT) equality and ensure a strong and vibrant GLBT community. Broadway Impact is a grassroots coalition of the Broadway community and its fans, mobilizing in support of marriage equality.
