TV show GLEE a hit among high school choral groups
And, yes, GLEE is cool. Songs from the show, which put unexpected twists on familiar pop material, have dominated the iTunes charts. And don't think it hasn't had an impact on local choirs.

"All the kids want to do stuff from GLEE. I've had people tell me, 'Omigod, the boys just have to do Beyonce!" says Campolindo High School choral director Stacey Kikkawa, referring to an episode that had Colfer merrily dancing to "Single Ladies."

Small demo bump for GLEE last night
GLEE came in at 3.3/9, up from last week's 3.2/8.

Interracial Couple Denied Marriage License By Louisiana Justice Of The Peace
A Louisiana justice of the peace said he refused to issue a marriage license to an interracial couple out of concern for any children the couple might have. Keith Bardwell, justice of the peace in Tangipahoa Parish, says it is his experience that most interracial marriages do not last long.

"I'm not a racist. I just don't believe in mixing the races that way," Bardwell told the Associated Press on Thursday. "I have piles and piles of black friends. They come to my home, I marry them, they use my bathroom. I treat them just like everyone else."

  1. 1) Yvonne Zima joining Y&R as Daisy. Yay - loved her; she played/originated Dr. Greene's daughter Rachel on ER. (BTW, kinda temporarily broken up with Y&R b/c current storylines. I don't like Michael Muhney's portrayal of Adam Wilson. He has nothing on Chris Engen and Chris BTW I understand your reason for leaving)

    2) David Gregory will bring Ford back to ONE LIFE TO LIVE. a big ol YAY for that. He's hot!!!!! and on top of that - can act IMO.

  2. I find the fox reality news interesting. It has been a long time since a cable channel was canceled and one wonders who will be next.....

Meanwhile, one soap is canceled and its the end of the genre, but nobody seems to be mourning the death of reality tv?

  3. I'll be dancing on reality tv's grave. I can't believe SYTYCD refrenced the swamp girl storyline. I loved Eric and Greta lol.
