Victoria Rowell has been in the news a lot this week - not so much because of her acting or her upcoming book, or regarding a possible return to THE YOUNG AND HER RESTLESS, but because of her fashion statements. Rowell made everyone take notice on Sunday night at the Primetime Emmy Awards when she wore a dress featuring an image of President Obama.
On Tuesday she attended "Artists For A New South Africa's Jabulani Celebration" at The Wiltern in Los Angeles.
On Thursday she was spotted at Lucy Kilislian's Candy Ice jewelry launch in Beverly Hills with former Y&R actress Vivica A. Fox. Kilislian's launch was also attended by Carol Hennessy, Paris Hilton and a number of other celebrities.
