RESULTS: Best Same Sex Soap of 2009

We Love Soaps recently ran a poll asking readers which daytime soap has had the best same sex storylines of 2009. The results are in and GUIDING LIGHT (Olivia, Natalia, Doris) received the most votes and 57% of the total. ONE LIFE TO LIVE (Kyle, Fish, Nick) came in second with 28% while AS THE WORLD TURNS (Luke, Noah, Brian, Mason) was third with 11%. We'll run the poll again at the end of the year to see if the results have changed.

    Wow! It's so cool to see many famous faces when they were younger (or before one had a sex change).

    Wasn't this before Mauceri became a born-again Christian?

    Thanks for posting the results and it's a great idea to do the poll again at the end of the year.

    Hopefully, OLTL will continue to treat Kyle, Oliver and Nick (and the storylines they're involved in) like their other straight fictional counterparts in Llanview.
