AS THE WORLD TURNS' Holden last "died" back in 2001 when he was caught in a boat explosion with Luke. Luke and Holden were very much alive though and kidnapped to Malta. The clip below includes Holden and Luke's memorial service. Barbara happened to blow up in this clip as well setting off months of story for all of Oakdale.
