We'll be back with another episode on Wednesday featuring the following: - Former soap star Linda Cook shares a funny "live" moment from EDGE OF NIGHT - Part 2 of our interview with former DAYS star Patsy Pease - GUIDING LIGHT's Tom Pelphrey talks about his Dad and his short-lived football career - More news and hot topics from the world of soaps ALTERNATIVE WAYS TO LISTEN: Download this episode (right click and save)

  1. Your comments about the Otalia storyline going horribly, horribly awry were right on target. Such a disappointment for what had been, up until that point, a groundbreaking story.

  2. Hi. Nice podcast. The music is nice but it is too long.

  3. Wow. The rundown of topics and interviews seems a lot like what "SoapCenter" and some of those other shows should have been. Congrats!

  4. I'm getting an error message trying to listen to the podcast at work. I'll have to wait until I get home. :-(

  5. MarkyMarc, I created a downloadable link. Let me know if that helps. Also you can listen on iTunes as well.

  6. Hi SoapFan, we added a "preview" to the opening which is why the theme probably seemed long. I agree it can be shorter but the original intent was to play some preview clips over the second half.

  7. It's sad to see what has happened to Otalia. Why did they go in this direction? WHY!? :)

  8. The upside on Otalia is Crystal Chappell has once again proven that she can dig deep and knock it out of the park. And just when I think she can't be any better, she finds a way. She'd better win an Emmy for this role next year.

  9. Great first episode!! Gotta love a show that references Joan Crawford/Secret Storm and the Landers sisters!! btw, Audrey was the first celebrity I ever met (back in the early 90s.) I refer to it as the "Audrey Landers Incident" -- I freaked and made a complete fool out of myself. But she was so gracious. I'd love to see her on a show again.

  10. Thanks Melanie! Audrey Landers was so sweet when we met her. I too would love to have her back on the soaps. OLTL, do you hear me? :)
