Who shot the Bride? That's the question on everyone's mind on tonight's episode of ON THE EDGE OF HAPPINESS. The police start to investigate the crime. Detective Key is a new character and he's hot on the trail of the shooter. The gay couple emerges this week in episode two. The two guys kiss in the first scene of the show. Writer/Producer Mark Jones tells We Love Soaps: "We shot these scenes when ATWT had its unofficial kissing ban going on in April 2008, so it was very important to me that we show a gay couple kissing and doing other normal things that soap characters do. In fact they kiss twice in the episode two. We show them in bed together (not sexual) in episode three. Something that still hasn't been done on TV."
Jones encourages everyone to visit the family tree page on the show's website as more characters are introduced in episode two. A picture of each character should pop up at the bottom of the page as you scroll over the family name.
Jones says the response has been fabulous so far. "People are watching the show. I very excited."
