GUIDING LIGHT's Caitlin Van Zandt on ET

ET is with GUIDING LIGHT star Caitlin Van Zandt one year after the actress underwent a Lap Band System procedure and shed 89 pounds. Watch the video to hear her talk about the "phenomenal experience" and see the slimming star take ET shopping for her new figure!

The 23-year-old actress, who appears in a photo spread in People magazine on stands this Friday, raves about her new look.

"I am feeling fit," Caitlin tells ET while out shopping at Trina Turk in New York City. "I am feeling normal. I don't feel like the biggest person in the room and people have responded to that in such positive ways. I've gotten so much support. It's really just a phenomenal experience, and whether someone chooses to go my route or another route -- it's so rewarding to take charge of your life and to become healthier."

Caitlin tells ET she is now a size 8/10, a goal she told set last year.
