AS THE WORLD TURNS has recast the role of Jade Taylor with Davida Williams. She first airs in mid-December. The role was last played by Elena Goode. Jade, the daughter of Lily's late twin (Rose), left Oakdale in July 2007 after spending much of her year and a half on the show following Will and Gwen around and causing trouble for the couple.
Williams, 22, has appeared on LIZZIE MCGUIRE, CYBIL, DEGRASSI and many other television series during her career. She also has played roles in the films My Friend My Hero, American High School and Twisted Fortune.
