* FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS star recommends illegally downloading episodes, but Zach Gilford, who plays Matt Saracen, has a solution for those "FNL" fans without DirecTV: "If I were such a good fan, I would go ahead and download it, but then in good conscience, turn your TV onto NBC when it comes on," he says. Still, "FNL" boss Jason Katims thinks waiting is the best option: "I would like to think that I would be patient and wait and watch the real version when it was available to you."
* DirecTV to air FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS LIVE, a "postgame" show with the cast.
