Springfield back to GH
Insiders tell Soap Opera Digest that Rick Springfield (Noah) is headed back to GENERAL HOSPITAL for a summer story arc, which will also involve his rock star doppelgänger, Eli Love. No word yet on if he'll reprise his romance with Anna (Finola Hughes), who's currently in town visiting her pregnant daughter, Robin.

ONE LIFE TO LIVE Gets Doped Up
"Snoop Dogg not only made an appearance on the show today, he remixed the intro and even gave a performance. I’m down with Snoop, but I’m sorry, I just ain’t feelin’ it! Of course, I don’t watch soap operas anymore, and haven’t since my long lost high school days. But regardless, this is the ultimate in selling out, wouldn’t you say?"

EASTENDERS' hunt for hot new male
EASTENDERS bosses are apparently on the lookout for more young male characters after Joe Swash and Rob Kazinsky announced their departures from the soap. Joe, who plays Walford's resident dodgy dealer Mickey Miller, is the latest in a long line of attractive males to quit Albert Square, while Rob disappointed fans when he announced that he will leave of the role of Sean Slater this summer.

"It does mean we need a new 20-something fella," executive producer Diederick Santer told the Daily Star.
