Will the ATWT reality web series out-gay the actual show?
Brian Juergens blogs: "Not like that's really too hard, these days. But fans of Luke and Noah (and their real-life counterparts, Van Hansis and Jake Silbermann) and the mechanisms of daytime television might want to keep an eye on the web show INTURN, :which awards one lucky aspiring soap star with a 13-week contract on AS THE WORLD TURNS. (Get it? In Turn?)

While it doesn't look like any of the four male contestants is openly gay (three of the guys mention girfriends or wives in their bios), the preview video suggests that they'll be asked to do a guy/guy love scene in one of the challenges."

Y&R's Esther finally gets some recognition
Sometimes to get big, you have to start small. Kate Linder is a perfect example of that. After joining the cast of THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS 25 years ago, Linder is finally getting her due. Last week she received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Years ago after going for a casting call, Linder got her call back and the rest is history, hired as Esther Valentine, Katherine's long-suffering housekeeper and nemesis of Jill. Her stars joins two soap opera legends…Eric Braeden (Y&R) and Susan Lucci (ALL MY CHILDREN).

Mad May returns to EASTENDERS
EASTENDERS actress Amanda Drew is to reprise her controversial Walford role as warped Dr 'Mad' May Wright. The 38-year-old actress will resurrect her sinister screen counterpart after almost a year's break. Viewers last saw May tangled in the midst of Albert Square's baby abduction storyline which led to her character's exit from the soap. Last year, BBC bosses made the decision to substantially re-write and re-film the ending to the storyline due to events surrounding Madeleine McCann in Portugal. The climax episode still attracted almost 200 complaints.
