Y&R 35th Anniversary Week on Soapnet

In celebration of "The Young and the Restless'" thirty-fifth birthday the week of March 24th, SOAPnet will celebrate by airing interstitials with the cast as they talk about their juiciest moments on the show (both on screen and off), as well as give behind-the-scenes scoops about what it’s like to work there. Exclusive to SOAPnet, the interstitials will air multiple times throughout the primetime airing of "The Young and The Restless" that week (Monday, March 24 through Friday, March 28 at 7:00P ET/PT), as well as in the weekend marathon (Saturday, March 29 from 7:00P – 12:00A ET/PT).

Cast members joining in on the celebration include Peter Bergman, Jess Walton, Joshua Morrow, Doug Davidson, Michelle Stafford, Sharon Case, Ted Shackelford, Judith Chapman, Daniel Goddard, Adrienne Frantz, Jess Walton, Christel Khalil, Jerry Douglas, Amelia Heinle and Michael Graziadei. Jeanne Cooper gives a special tour of the set.

SOAPnet offers same-day episodes of popular daytime dramas including "All My Children," "Days of our Lives," "One Life to Live," "General Hospital" and "The Young and the Restless" at night for convenient viewing. In addition, the network provides inside access to stars and storylines with original programs, including "General Hospital: Night Shift," the docusoap, "The Fashionista Diaries," the reality series "I Wanna Be A Soap Star" and the biography shows "Soapography," and "1 Day With..." Wrapped in a 24-hour environment, SOAPnet also offers primetime classics including "The O.C," "One Tree Hill," "Beverly Hills 90210," "Melrose Place" and "Dallas" as well as former daytime series "Port Charles" and "Ryan's Hope."

  1. Wouldn't it have been even better if they were showing some classic episodes from the 1970s and 1980s in honor of the anniversary?
