The cast of Warner Bros.' live-action Justice League of America movie is expected to be unveiled next week, but new reports claim to reveal several actors who have been cast in the George Miller-directed project.
According to both Ain't It Cool News and IESB.net, previously reported contenders Adam Brody ("The O.C."), Common (American Gangster), Teresa Palmer (WOLF CREEK) and Scott Porter ("Friday Night Lights") have won roles in the film. Brody is said to be playing Wally West, a.k.a. The Flash, opposite Common as John Stewart, the Green Lantern.
AICN claims Porter might be playing Superman, but IESB counters by saying, "our sources are telling us that he was up for the role of The Flash against Adam Brody and obviously Brody won out, we've heard nothing about him being cast as Superman."
Barry Allen, the original Flash, is reportedly in the movie. Might Porter have been cast as him instead of Wally West? Or perhaps he's playing Batman? We'll know soon enough.
Porter starred on "As The World Turns" back in 2006 replacing Zach Roerig as Casey Hughes for a week.
